Questions
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You only pay if you want to keep the website. If you don't, we delete the preview after 14 days and send no more than three reminders.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. You answer a few questions in WhatsApp and send photos. We handle the website, hosting and security.
Who am I talking to?
Our WhatsApp assistant is automated, so it replies straight away, day or night. Anything it can't sort out, like a complaint or a refund, goes to a person.
How do changes work?
Send a message saying what to change, such as a new price or your holiday hours. We send you a preview first and only put it live when you say so.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. A clear website and a complete Google Business Profile give you the best chance of being found by local customers, and we help you with both.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no contract. Ask in the chat and we'll send you a link to cancel. Your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
